We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia!

We will train the right individual who will learn to provide and deliver product services at major retailers. The ideal candidate will deliver great service to our customers by ensuring that their shelves are stocked with products in the right quantities and displays them that optimize sales. Iberia provides full training, hourly pay range starts at $15 to $20 per hour based on experience along with reimbursement allowances and the opportunity to learn and grow!

Our benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days and include Medical, Dental and Vision along with 401k.

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and company's objectives.
• Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs.
• Stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, and maintaining store shelves by removing dated or damaged productts.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and 50lbs on occasion.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
