Distribution Center Associate

Provide support to Fleet Pride branches by expediting parts for delivery to branches and customers.

• Pull and organize branch and customer orders for delivery from the warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking tickets and priority assignments.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight and other production data on tags and labels.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.

• Minimum of two years of experience in shipping, receiving, shipment auditing, inventory control, and stock replenishment.

• Capability to lift or carry parts exceeding 60 lbs at least 15% of the time; majority of lifting involves parts between 5 and 60 lbs.

• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor areas with varied temperature changes; not climate controlled.
• Exposure to minimal chemical hazards, vibration, dust, and equipment noise.

• OSHA approved steel‑toed safety shoes required from day one.
