Accounts Payable Specialist
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for Accounts Payable, monitoring adherence to HCF's policies/procedures and the training of new Administrators regarding Accounts Payable processes in assigned facilities throughout the organization.
Position Responsibilities AP Specialist:
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, including Procurement process
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with 1099 maintenance
- Enforce established company policies and procedures as applicable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Prefer an Associate's Degree in a field of Business and/or have previous Accounts Payable experience. A thorough understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting procedures and strong organizational, computer, and time management skills are required.
