Office Assistant, Part-Time

• Compensation: USD 17.5 - USD 18.5 - hourly

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central, LLC is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our Lima, OH location. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for accurate data entry tasks, help coordinate office activities, and support our team of dedicated professionals working to safeguard our water resources for our clients.

• Answering Phones:
  Take messages, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel. General Administrative Support and Office Maintenance:
  Keep up with office supplies inventory stock levels and reorder requests in Coupa procurement software.
• Assist walk-in customer to receive samples and chain of custody forms.
• Process Customer Credit Card Payments.
• Document Management:
  This may include filing, copying, data entry, and document retrieval.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space.
• Time Management:
  Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines to ensure the office runs smoothly.

• HS Diploma
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must have high level of attention to detail, ability to audit your work and others for accuracy
• Must know how to use office software and tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Experience in customer service.
• Authorization to work in US indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English

• Position is part-time, Monday
  - Friday 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM.
• Position is located at our Lima, OH site.
• Position Pay Range is $17.50-$18.50/hr but will be reviewed based on experience.
