Misión
Gestionar eficientemente los recursos y personas de la tienda, asegurando orden, clima laboral y servicio al cliente.
Descripción- Controlar la facturación, gestión de gastos, buscando efectividad y eficacia.
- Administrar y actualizar el economato y emitir las Órdenes de Compra.
- Realizar la programación de actividades que fomenten la camaradería y un adecuado ambiente laboral.
- Velar por cumplimiento de las normas laborales y beneficios del colaborador.
- Participar de la cobertura de la tienda.
- Coordinar los planes de servicio ante situaciones de reclamos de clientes.
