Misión
Liderar y administrar los recursos humanos a su cargo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados.
Descripción- Formular acciones comerciales que permitan orientar la acción al logro de los objetivos fijados.
- Fomentar y hacer seguimiento permanente al cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio al cliente.
- Controlar y administrar eficientemente los inventarios de los departamentos asignados.
- Analizar la competencia para llevar a cabo acciones de mejora.
- Garantizar la correcta implementación de las campañas comerciales, manteniendo los lineamientos entregados y coordinando con el área comercial cualquier particular.
