Playtech is seeking an Account Manager in its gaming technology division. The role involves managing strong relationships with existing and new Playtech customers, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and ensuring customers fully leverage Playtech’s products and services.
Job Description- Stay current with customer business models and marketing strategies, including bonuses and admin usage.
- Handle day‑to‑day commercial contact between Playtech customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive customer performance and revenue growth using KPIs, benchmark analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate internal development requests and initiate new projects to meet customer needs.
- Support the Regional Director on group‑wide deals.
- Educate customers on new Playtech products and provide appropriate marketing materials.
- Maximise revenues and profits by developing account‑management tools and utilising existing products and channels.
- Maintain excellent client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Coordinate the interface of project‑management, translation, finance, compliance, and legal processes with customer staff.
- Maintain detailed customer relationship information and share updates with colleagues and management.
- Develop new marketing initiatives with customers.
- Monitor Playtech competition and provide regular team feedback.
- Provide first‑level business support and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Attend exhibitions and events.
- Conduct operational audits.
- Highly self‑motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- High emotional intelligence and passion for the gaming industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Experience managing or working with international and external customers.
- Background in a software or internet company in a similar role.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑managed, team player, and capable of multitasking.
- Service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of internet advertising and online gaming industry.
- Experience managing client engagements and growing revenues.
- Interest in sports, betting, casino games, and poker.
- Understanding of IT platforms, systems, and development processes.
- Good with numbers.
- At least two years of experience in Customer Services/Support B2B.
- Background in managing legal contracts and documents is a plus.
