You will drive OSHA compliance, oversee excavations, rigging, crane operations, and hot work, and mentor field teams across all phases of construction. The position requires OSHA 30, 5+ years in construction safety, and a strong field presence; expect 50–60 hour weeks, Monday–Saturday.
