Job Role s And Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction site operations.

Lead and manage construction workers and subcontractors.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and work quality.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Purchase and coordinate materials and equipment.

Prepare and manage construction schedules.

Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are followed.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Coordinate with vendors and external partners.

Resolve field issues and support successful project completion.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Minimum five years of construction industry experience managing large-scale projects.

Eight years of commercial construction experience required.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Valid Driver's License preferred.
