We are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to oversee projects ranging from $2k to $5M. This role acts as the vital bridge between clients, design teams, and field crews to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Reporting directly to the Plumbing and Hydraulics Manager, you will provide leadership to site foremen and on-site employees while maintaining high profitability and client satisfaction.

• Company Vehicle:
  Includes a vehicle for commuting to and from home.
• Work-Life Balance: A standard Monday-Friday schedule (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM) with a 1-hour lunch.

  Most projects are located within a 30-mile radius, keeping you close to home.

• Project Leadership:
  Establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards in line with corporate policy.
• Financial Oversight:
  Manage the  bottom line , including fee payments, rental costs, and income/expenses to protect company interests.
• Field Coordination:
  Direct on-site Foremen to ensure schedule adherence and intervene in  at-risk  situations with corrective measures.
• Planning & Scheduling:
  Define resources (labor, materials, equipment) and manage intermediate phases to hit all deadlines.
• Relationship Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for clients and $A/E$ firms, representing the company in all project meetings.
• Estimation Support:
  Collaborate with Estimators to price  non-takeoff  items and unique project variables.
• Safety:
  Ensure 100% adherence to health and safety standards and aim for incident‑free performance.
• Working hours:
  
  7:00 AM - 3:00 AM

• Experience:
  
  3-8 years of experience is preferred.
• Software Knowledge:
  Familiarity with Trimble
  - Auto Bid is highly beneficial.
• Industry Tools:
  Experience with project management software such as Plan Grid or Project Docs.
• Professional Development:
  Completion of the MCAA Preparatory Institute for Project Management.

• Bachelors

• 4-7 years

• Education:
  
  4-year degree in Construction Management or an equivalent field.
• Certifications:
  
  Must possess an OSHA 30 certification.
• Technical Proficiency:
  High comfort level with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Legal:
  Must hold a valid Driver?s License at all times.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong customer service and interaction skills; the ability to lead direct reports effectively.
