Industrial Construction Laborer (Field Experience Required)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Industrial Construction Laborer with field experience to support mechanical and industrial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring job site efficiency, safety, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled trades (pipe fitters, welders, ironworkers, etc.) with daily tasks
• Perform general labor duties including material handling, site cleanup, and tool support
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in site safety initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support project teams to meet deadlines and production goals

• Previous experience in industrial or construction field environments required
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods)
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed

Preferred:

• Experience working on industrial job sites (plants, refineries, manufacturing facilities)
• OSHA certification or safety training
• NCCER credentials are a plus
