, our Customer Service Representatives help customers get the right products and solutions—on time, every time—working with a team built around accuracy, collaboration, and customer service excellence.

Serve as a trusted resource for customers, creating a smooth, reliable experience while staying engaged in a dynamic, fast‑paced, hands‑on role.

You’ll:

• Exceed customer expectations and honor commitments to build trust and deliver a consistent experience
• Partner with outside sales to support customer needs and strengthen relationships
• Work closely with vendors to drive on‑time deliveries while minimizing delays and disruptions
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including product launches and training events, to increase product visibility and customer engagement
• Provide cross‑selling and upselling guidance ensuring customers are aware of relevant products that enhance their overall experience
• Resolve order and shipping discrepancies to ensure customer needs are met with accuracy and reliability
• Engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Counter and Inside Sales
• Warehousing and Inventory Management
• Vendor and Customer Communications
• Order Entry and Product Support

• College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Quick learner who’s eager to grow and apply new knowledge
• Experience in business‑to‑business sales or electrical distribution preferred

• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfort with multi‑line phone systems and warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with overtime as needed
