Responsibilities: Vascular and Endovascular Surgery; case specifics to be determined with provider
Required Procedures: Vascular and Endovascular Procedures (to be determined with provider);
Hemodialysis access required
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Medical Assistant
Days Per Month: Varies based on availability and open dates
On-Call/Weekends: Yes
Submission Requirements:
Board Certification REQUIRED
Active OH License & DEA REQUIRED
ACLS/BLS REQUIRED
