Mosaiq, Epic - Support Staff: 1 APP, Other Radiation Oncologists Present
- Required Procedures:
Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, MRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy - Required Duties:
Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
Requirements
- Board Certified
- OH License (willing to accept those who will obtain)
- BLS
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days
