Critical Care​/ICU​/PICU​/NICU Physician Assistant

WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide Critical Care coverage beginning in September. This opportunity supports a well-established inpatient hospital medicine team in Ohio and offers a flexible schedule of approximately 5 10 shifts per month.

• Commitment: Approximately 5 10 shifts per month
• Schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM day shifts
• Setting: Critical Care

This is a 217-bed acute care hospital with a collaborative hospitalist program supported by multiple medical specialties, including Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Nephrology, and Infectious Disease.

The coverage model includes four daytime Hospitalists (7:00 AM 7:00 PM), two NP/PAs (7:00 AM 7:00 PM), and one dedicated Nocturnist (7:00 PM 7:00 AM). The ICU is closed, and no procedures are required. The facility utilizes Meditech as its EMR.

Physician Assistants

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active Ohio PA license
• Active DEA
• Current NCCPA certification
• ACLS certification required
