Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician

• Schedule:
  
  24 hour call shifts, needing 10-14 days of call coverage per month
• Practice Setting:
  Hospital-Based Rounding
• Types of Cases:
  Adult cardiothoracic surgery cases including coronary artery bypass surgery, arterial revascularization, redo coronary revascularization, pericardial window, heart valve repair/replacement, and mitral valve repair
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days, emergency privileging may be considered
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery, Basic Life Support certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
• Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Active Ohio medical license
