Locum Opportunity For Board Certified Radiation Oncology Physician

A locum opportunity is available for a Board Certified Radiation Oncology Physician to provide coverage at established cancer centers in Lima and Celina, OH. This role offers a consistent weekday outpatient schedule with strong clinical support and no call responsibilities.

Practice setting includes outpatient and free-standing cancer centers. Coverage needed due to physician retirement. Work alongside another Radiation Oncologist and 1 APP. Average 20 outpatient patients per day and minimal inpatient volume (1 per day). EMR systems:
Mosaiq and Epic. Trauma Level II facility. Adult patient population.

Board Certified in Radiation Oncology – REQUIRED. Active Ohio medical license or willing to obtain – REQUIRED. BLS Certification – REQUIRED. Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days – REQUIRED. Experience with advanced radiation therapy techniques preferred.

Coverage Dates:
June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No call responsibilities (covered by permanent providers). Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days.

Perform External Beam Radiation Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and Stereotactic Radiosurgery. Conduct patient evaluations and treatment planning. Order tests, imaging, and prescribe treatment plans. Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care in outpatient settings.
