Based on working a minimum of 1452hrs/yr and $215/hr equates to $312,180. Shift length is 12hrs working 4 on 8 off with opportunity for picking up other shifts/sites. Retirement: 401K Immediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matching our match is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limits Profit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) 7% An example of what that would mean for you based on the above salary in 2024 is this:
