Hematology/Oncology Physician – Findlay, OH $550K–$650K Compensation | Flexible Schedule | Strong Physician Support | 40 Minutes from Toledo

A leading community health system is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join its growing team in Findlay, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with a high degree of physician autonomy while having access to a comprehensive network of specialists, advanced services, and a dedicated care team.

• $550,000–$650,000 base salary, based on experience
• 4-day clinical schedule with 1 dedicated administrative day that can be worked remotely
• 1:4 inpatient call
• Ability to help shape your patient mix and practice at the top of your license
• 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology patient mix

You’ll join a well-supported oncology program with the resources to provide comprehensive care close to home.

• 4 days of clinic + 1 remote administrative day
• 1:4 inpatient call
• Approximately 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
• Common diagnoses include breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
• Care-team model with a dedicated RN and MA
• 2 NPs supporting the practice
• Chemo-certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administration
• Hospitalist service handles admissions
