Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary K-3rd Grade Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. This role involves delivering standards-based instruction, fostering critical thinking, and helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Teach core subjects including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with parents/guardians
• Implement classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administration to enhance student learning
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Valid state teaching certification/license for elementary education
• Experience teaching at the elementary level (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction

• Passion for teaching and working with children
• Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to foster a growth mindset in students

• Classroom setting within an elementary school
• May involve occasional after‑school activities, meetings, or events
