Teacher Assistant/One-on-One Aide
The Allen County Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for an Alternative School Teacher Assistant/One-on-One Aide. The position includes supporting our classrooms for students in need of behavior intervention.
Qualifications- Experience working with students who demonstrate significant cognitive disabilities.
- Experience working with students who demonstrate significant negative behavioral tendencies.
- Experience with or willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
- Experience collaborating with educational staff members.
- Demonstrate a positive team player attitude.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness and ability to think outside the box.
