Requisitos
- Bachiller o Titulado(a) en las carreras de Administración, Ing. Industrial o Psicología organizacional.
- Microsoft Office nivel intermedio/avanzado.
- 2 años de experiencia profesional en áreas de capacitación, con experiencia en temas de formación, seguimiento al cumplimiento de las mallas curriculares y reporte de indicadores.
- Seguimiento a los proyectos de Learning.
- Realizar seguimiento a los indicadores de Learning.
- Generar reportes de las iniciativas del área.
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de las políticas Globales de aprendizaje.
- Realizar seguimiento a las oportunidades internas y externas de aprendizaje que nuestros profesionales requieran.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Planificación y organización.
- Pensamiento crítico.
- Inglés: nivel intermedio/avanzado
