Math Semester Lecturer (Lima Campus)
The Lima campus of The Ohio State University seeks a Semester Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, starting Autumn 2026. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the teaching mission of The Ohio State University and experience teaching calculus and pre-calculus mathematics courses at the college level, computer science and linear programing.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in mathematics or relevant field of study
- Evidence of expertise in effective teaching at the undergraduate level
- 1+ year(s) teaching experience at the college level
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team
- Energetic and enthusiastic self-motivator
- Prior experience teaching within The Ohio State University, land-grant university, and/or regional campuses
