Misión: Organizar, asignar recursos y supervisar la construcción de la obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas de plazo, costos, calidad, seguridad y protección medio ambiental.
- Ingeniero Civil titulado y colegiado.
- Experiencia profesional mínima de 10 años desde la colegiatura
. - Participación en al menos 4 obras como:
Residente de Obra, Jefe de Obra, Gerente de Proyecto, Gerente de Obra, Jefe de Tramo o Ingeniero Jefe de Tramo. - Experiencia en construcción, rehabilitación o mejoramiento de pavimentos en:
- Aeropuertos y/o
- Carreteras de primera clase (según DG-2018 – MTC).
- Permanencia mínima de 12 meses en cada obra
