Senior Controls Engineer
We are hiring a Senior Controls Engineer with extensive Ford FAST experience to support production and automation systems at a Ford manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities- Develop and troubleshoot Siemens PLC applications using TIA Portal V18.
- Program, commission, and optimize Fanuc robots.
- Lead commissioning and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot PLC, robotics, safety, and automation issues.
- Perform safety validation and startup support.
- Independently manage complete manufacturing stations from commissioning through production.
- 5–7+ years of Ford FAST Template experience.
- Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting & production support.
- Proficient with Siemens PLC programming in TIA Portal V18.
- Experience programming and commissioning Fanuc robots.
