• [REQUIRED] Post‑operative open heart care experience
• [REQUIRED] Critical Care experience
• [HIGHLY PREFERRED] Chest tube and other drain management experience
• [REQUIRED] Pre‑ and post‑procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access
• [REQUIRED] Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips and recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms
• [REQUIRED] Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities
• [REQUIRED] Experience with procedures such as chest tube removal, removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers (pericardial and transcutaneous devices), use and troubleshooting of non‑invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high‑flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems
• [REQUIRED] Must float to all units within skill level
