• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required for some positions
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting
• Other requirements may be determined by the client facility

• Provide care for patients with a variety of illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and illness with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues for rapid treatment.
• Understand and utilize triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, addressing physical and mental health conditions.
