Job Rx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oncology and Infusion Clinical Pharmacist in Lima, Ohio. This role is critical for ensuring appropriate drug therapy and optimizing pharmaceutical care within a multidisciplinary team approach.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, a valid Ohio State Board of Pharmacy license, and must achieve BCOP certification within 12 months. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, along with strong clinical pharmacy knowledge.
