Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary

TNAA Total Med Allied is recruiting a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Lima, Ohio. The role requires 36 hours per week and 12‑hour day shifts.

As an IR Tech you will operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with minimally invasive, image‑guided procedures. Your duties include:

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients.
• Assist with scrubbing all diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout all procedures.
• Apply radiation protection standards and maintain safeguards for patient and operator.
• Use knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology to interpret examination requests and operate IV and dye injector pumps.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Use the McKesson PACS system.

• Minimum one year of recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) certification; state‑specific licensing as required.
• Vascular Interventional certificate preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for extended periods.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
