• Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices.
• Manage inventory levels and perform restocking duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.

• High school diploma or GED.
• An Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
• An Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPhT / ExCPT).
• Working knowledge of pharmacy automation.

• Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.
• 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.

• The PRN is an On Call position to locally support / serve as backup for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc. for our Lima OH site.
• Must be able to commute to work at this site: 730 W Market St, Lima, OH 45801.
• Shift: M – F, 6 am to 2:30 pm.
• Possess flexible availabilities (i.e., PRN match well if you are able to support shift listed when On Call, or, currently working 7 on 7 off, PRN status, Part‑T timer, etc.).
• Hospital Pharmacy Environment.
• Ability to travel for training.
• Pharmacy environment; 8–10‑hour shifts.
• Flexible hours based on business needs.
• Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.
