Kindred Hospital Lima is a 26-bed long-term acute care facility dedicated to extended recovery care. The CNA performs patient observation, basic nursing tasks, and documents care while communicating with the RN and team.
Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, preparing rooms, taking vital signs, and supporting admission, transfer and discharge processes in a safe, clean environment. Requires High School Diploma and active CNA with BCLS certification.
