Registered Nurse

Operating within the Health System's mission and policies, the Registered Nurse manages patient care. Key duties involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. The RN also supports planning, directing, and educating non-RN staff.

Submission Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Expertise in chest tube and drain management
• Experience in post-operative open heart care
• Pre- and post-procedure care for radial and femoral access patients
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and rhythm strip interpretation
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary conditions
• Experience with chest tube removal, pericardial pacing wire removal, temporary pacer management, and NIV device use
• Critical Care Experience - Highly Preferred
• BLS & ACLS (AHA) Certification
• Ability to float to all units within skill level
