Via Quest is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide long-term care psychiatry for adults 18+ in LTC facilities around Lima, OH. You will conduct face-to-face assessments and ongoing visits, coordinate with facility care teams, and support caregivers to ensure high-quality mental health care.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited NP program and a PMHNP license; geriatric and behavioral health experience is preferred. Outpatient and telepsychiatry experience a plus.
