Position Summary
Athletic Trainer at an occupational health company located in Lima, OH, responsible for one‑on‑one coaching employees to improve injury prevention behaviors.
Job Details- Title: Athletic Trainer
- Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
- Setting: Occupational Health / Corporate Wellness
- Location: Lima, OH
- Schedules: Full‑time, 40 hrs/wk (4 day shifts of 10 hrs) or Part‑time, 20 hrs/wk (2 day shifts of 10 hrs, 6am‑4pm)
- Pay: Competitive hourly plus full benefits for full‑time
- Provide injury prevention education and treatment to employees individually or in groups, enhancing quality of life and safety.
- Administer basic first aid for minor onsite injuries on construction sites.
- Participate in ongoing training in coaching methodology and psychology as part of the best‑in‑class program.
- Bachelor's degree in athletic training and active NATA licensure.
- First aid and CPR certifications.
- Minimum 2 years experience in athletic training, including wellness and fitness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR/SOAP data entry preferred.
