Registered Nurse

Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift as well as Second Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees in a dynamic work environment.

• Promote workplace health and safety by identifying and mitigating health risks.
• Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers.

• Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.

• Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.

• Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.

• Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.

• Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.

• Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.

• Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics such as workplace hazards and disease prevention.
• Work with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.

• Registered Nurse with a valid license in Ohio.
• 2 years of experience in Family, General, or Occupational Health.
• Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols.
• Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
