We are focused on building a strong clinical team that delivers quality care and great outcomes.
Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans
Work closely with nursing and dietary teams
Maintain accurate documentation
Educate residents, families, and staff
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Under new leadership with clear direction
