• Required Skills: Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips and recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms
• Required Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities
• Required Experience: Experience with assisting with chest tube removal, removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers, including pericardial and transcutaneous devices, use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems
• Required Capability: Must float to all units within skill level
