Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor in a healthcare setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care within the framework of the organizations policies and procedures. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The position also includes educating patients and families, assisting in discharge planning, and supporting non-RN staff as needed.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Active Ohio (OH) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience, and relevant skills in inpatient rehabilitation nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), strong customer service skills, and flexibility to float across all units within skill level.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates should demonstrate patience, tact, and the ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions. Basic computer skills are required to manage electronic medical records effectively. The role involves on-call responsibilities as per department requirements.
