Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Travel Jobs in Sandusky, OH

Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist position in Sandusky, OH for 13 weeks. Deliver high-quality imaging and patient care while earning competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring precise imaging and patient safety.

  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment according to protocols and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to optimize imaging results.

  • Document patient data, procedures, and outcomes accurately within the facility’s EMR system.

  • Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns throughout the process.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology or nuclear medicine program.

  • NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification.

  • BLS certification.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology.

  • Ability to work designated shifts, including weekend call.

  • Strong technical skills in operating nuclear medicine units.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
