Health and Injury Prevention Coach – Lima, OH

Are you passionate about helping others stay safe, active, and injury-free? Ramp Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Health and Injury Prevention Coach to join our team in Lima, OH!

In this role, you'll work directly with employees to promote injury prevention, support musculoskeletal health, and encourage safer workplace habits. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in movement science or injury prevention to make a real impact in a flexible, part-time role.

• Athletic Training
• Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology
• Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
• Related fields in movement, rehabilitation, or wellness

• Provide one-on-one coaching and education to employees on injury prevention strategies
• Support employees in managing movement-related concerns through stretching, strengthening, ergonomics, and safe workplace habits
• Participate in on-site safety efforts, including emergency response drills and routine safety checks (e.g., AEDs, safety kits)
• Empower employees to set goals, build healthy habits, and stay injury-free

• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively support a safe environment
• Experience in ergonomic training, wellness coaching, or injury prevention is a plus
