The Clinical Director role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is ready to lead across multiple clinic locations while remaining actively involved in clinical care, staff development, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The Mon Ark Model

The Mon Ark Model is built around intensive collaboration between ABA and therapy team members. Our clinics include therapy professionals such as SLPs, OTs, COTAs, RBTs, BCBAs, and other team members working alongside one another to support the whole child.

The Clinical Director helps strengthen this model by supporting collaboration across disciplines, promoting consistent clinical expectations, and helping teams problem-solve around communication, behavior, sensory, social, adaptive, and daily living needs.

This role requires a leader who values ABA services that are ethical, individualized, medically necessary, and integrated into a team-based clinic environment.

Position Summary

The Clinical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for two Mon Ark ABA clinic locations. This position supports BCBAs, Program Managers, RBTs, trainees, and therapy team collaboration while ensuring services are ethical, high-quality, payer-compliant, and aligned with Mon Ark’s clinical standards.

The Clinical Director is responsible for maintaining a minimum of 20 billable hours per week while also assisting with Program Manager support, clinical quality assurance, staff development, supervision systems, and clinical problem-solving across assigned locations.

The billable hour expectation is not tied to carrying a direct ongoing caseload independently. Instead, billable hours may be met through clinically appropriate and payer-authorized activities such as supervision, assessment support, treatment plan updates, caregiver training, protocol modification, clinical consultation, and other BCBA-level services based on organizational and client needs.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience, including demonstrated experience providing quality supervision to supervision students who are accruing supervised fieldwork or working toward certification.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership Across Two Locations

The Clinical Director will:

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for two assigned Mon Ark ABA clinic locations

• Support consistency in clinical expectations, documentation, supervision, and programming across both sites

• Assist Program Managers with clinical problem-solving, team communication, staff support, and quality improvement needs

• Partner with Branch Managers, Program Managers, Lead Clinicians, BCBAs, RBTs, and therapy team members to support smooth clinic operations

• Promote a positive clinic culture focused on ethics, teamwork, client progress, and staff growth

• Serve as a clinical resource for complex client needs, treatment planning questions, behavior support concerns, and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Support consistency in clinical service delivery without being required to carry a direct ongoing caseload

Quality Assurance

The Clinical Director will assist with quality assurance to ensure services are clinically appropriate, ethical, and compliant with payer, BACB, HIPAA, and company expectations.

Quality assurance responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans for quality and medical necessity

• Reviewing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and payer compliance

• Monitoring supervision requirements and clinical oversight expectations

• Supporting timely completion of reassessments, updates, parent training, and program modifications

• Identifying trends in documentation, programming, supervision, or staff performance that require follow-up

• Assisting with corrective action plans related to clinical quality, when needed

• Supporting preparation for audits, payer reviews, and internal quality checks
