The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for working with the elderly, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to organize and lead engaging activities and events with minimal supervision. A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing meaningful activity programs for residents
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Help create a vibrant and inclusive community environment
- Support daily documentation and compliance requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
