Job Summary
Guest Service Associate a Medical Center, Lima. Start pay $12 per hour plus $4–$6 per hour in cash tips. This position is open to full‑time and part‑time employees.
Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, 6a.m. – 8p.m. (day shift).
Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet with a professional, friendly demeanor, using salutation of the day.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously.
- Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, opening vehicle and hotel doors, and providing directions to facilities.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests, issue and collect claim checks, and maintain accurate ticket information.
- Shuttle guests to approved locations and deliver guest amenities as requested.
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when necessary and maintain accurate records in the valet system.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license applicable to the state of employment.
- At least one month of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English; ability to perform basic arithmetic with American money.
- Understanding of 24‑hour and military time, rate calculations, and manual transmission operation (desirable).
- Perform parallel parking and maintain an understanding of vehicle safety protocols.
