Their Findlay-area facility continues to grow, and they are currently seeking a talented professional with a passion for supporting employees and leading all benefits-related activities for the organization. This individual will play a key role in continuously enhancing programs that promote employee wellbeing and engagement.

• Running payroll and conducting audits within ADP
• Leading and managing all benefits programs for the manufacturing plant and its employees
• Educating, supporting, and guiding employees on benefits-related questions with a customer-focused approach
• Administering and promoting wellness programs and initiatives to foster a healthy workplace
• Researching and evaluating benefit plans and vendors to ensure competitive and effective offerings
• Managing and updating employee benefit information, including claims, deductibles, COBRA, FMLA, and PTO within the HRIS
• Serving as an employee advocate by addressing questions and resolving benefits-related issues
• Developing compensation and benefits reports and supporting annual review processes

• Experience processing payroll
• Demonstrated success managing and administering employee benefits programs
• Strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enthusiasm for your role
• A four-year degree is preferred, but not required
