Gain hands‑on experience at PERRY proTECH! A Corporate IT Intern will assist in resolving client technical issues while developing skills and knowledge around end user support and PERRY proTECH offerings.
Responsibilities- Assist in providing client support and troubleshooting on technical issues
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or the ticketing system
- Analyze technical challenges, client needs, and provide suggestions to achieve resolution
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions - Follow up with end users to complete the resolution of issues and ensure end user satisfaction
- Work closely with the Internal Support team to provide client support and gain experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent time management abilities
- Strong technical and analytical abilities
- Extremely detail‑oriented and organized
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- MCSE or equivalent experience is a plus
- Experience in a help desk or customer service support position is a plus
