Descripción- Opera y da soporte al stack BSS en ambientes productivos y no productivos, gestionando incidentes, RCA y tareas operativas (despliegues, logs, health checks, backups).
- Asegura la disponibilidad y continuidad de sistemas críticos, cumpliendo SLAs definidos.
- Gestiona y mejora pipelines CI/CD y automatiza tareas operacionales y despliegues.
- Opera aplicaciones en Kubernetes y entornos cloud, resolviendo incidencias a nivel de clúster y servicios asociados.
- Configura y mantiene monitoreo y alertas para asegurar rendimiento, capacidad y observabilidad de las plataformas.
