Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess:

• P&C Insurance License is preferred but not necessary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Establishing working relationships with clients, potential clients, and the companies we represent through phone, email, and written correspondence
• Supporting teammates with follow‑up for clients and prospects
• Researching and resolving coverage questions
• Promptly responding to client needs either on the phone or electronically
• Maintaining client files and processing routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company, both in paper records and across our various software programs
• Cultivating new opportunities and offering additional lines of insurance through consultative selling
• Assisting with other office duties as they arise and are needed

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Personal Lines CSR to join a dynamic team.

P&C Insurance License preferred but not necessary.
