Position: Critical Care Flight Dispatcher  Life Flight Network  LACP Lima Dispatch
Bon Secours Mercy Health - 708 West Spring Street - Responsibilities:
Receive requests for ground and/or air critical services via telephone and radio and determine appropriate response;
Enter information into the Computer-Aided Dispatch System and dispatch appropriate unit(s);
Triages requests for transport and coordinate placement of patients at hospitals;
Maintain records and billing paperwork for patient transport and operation of the Communication Center;
Maintain knowledge of communications equipment and participate in emergency procedures and drills
