We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. The Floor Tech is responsible for ensuring that all flooring throughout the facility is clean, safe, and presentable. This position is crucial in maintaining a positive and healthy environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

• Clean and maintain all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Strip, wax, and polish floors according to facility schedules and procedures.
• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and carpet extractors.
• Promptly clean up spills and stains to prevent safety hazards.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and sanitation protocols.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any repair or maintenance needs.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties when needed.

• Previous floor tech or environmental services experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to safely operate floor care machinery.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.
