Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead 4P management (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for the Commercial & Consumer segment across a 5-country region:
Ecuador, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Venezuela.

• Define and execute portfolio strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead the product portfolio:
  Notebooks, Tablets, All-in-One PCs, Accessories, Software, and Smart Solutions.
• Develop and execute 4P marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to align strategy with market needs.
• Define key messaging and support sales enablement.
• Manage P&L and ensure financial targets are met.
• Track key metrics and drive data-based decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, supply chain, etc.).
• Oversee the full product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management (consumer segment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of 4P marketing strategies and P&L management.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Tech industry knowledge is a plus.

Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
